TBA”s “A Happy Affair” Meet & Mingle Wedding Event

Triangle Bridal Association will be hosting its 2nd Annual “A Happy Affair” Meet & Mingle Event this Thursday at the prestigious North Ridge Country Club, from 5:30pm-8:30pm.

Whatever stage of your wedding plan you are currently immersed in, attending wedding events is a quick and easy way to get a chunk of your planning done quickly and efficiently. This event is for both brides, and members of the TBA. This will be a great opportunity to network with event professionals, and perhaps even will a prize.

Admission is FREE, but you must register to attend.

Treat yourself to a Mother – Daughter afternoon tea at the The King’s Daughters Inn. While enjoying your hot tea, freshly baked scones and muffins in the elegant dining room, you will have the opportunity to view some of the beautiful gowns from Tre Bella Bridal, which specializes in high-end bridal fashion.

For the brides, Tre Bella Bridal will handpick their favorite gowns to showcase. The gowns will also be accessorized, so brides that have already chosen their gown, can get ideas on how to make their gown unique. For the mothers, Tre Bella Bridal will have on display the latest fashions from the Siri Collection.

To make this a relaxed setting, all of the Bridal gowns and Mother of the Bride outfits will be on mannequins to view at your leisure. One of the Tre Bella owners will be on hand to answer any questions about the collections.

The King’s Daughters Inn is a 17 room luxury Inn located in the historic Trinity Park neighborhood of Durham. The Dining Room as well as the Parlor and Brodie Duke Hall make a wonderful venue for rehearsal dinners, bridal luncheons and farewell brunches.

Congrats to SB&G’s February Winners

Congratulations to Madison Rochford and Blake Gaulden, who won a 4 day/3 night stay at the Jekyll Island Club Resort this month. Maddie entered the contest at The Carolina Inn Bridal Fair last month. She and Blake will be getting married this August at The Cotton Room.

Allison Wooters and Matt Spell received a $100 gift certificate to Parizade in Durham. Allison and Matt are getting married at the Nasher Museum of Art at Duke University in July. 

Selena Helms and Stephen Reece won a $50 gift cerficiate to Caffe Luna in Raleigh.

Carmen Pearson won a $100 gift certificate to Bella Trio Day Spa in Durham. Carmen is marrying Melvin Thomas at the University Club this year.
