Today, we’re sharing a beautiful winter stylized shoot at the historic Rand-Bryan House in Raleigh, NC.
The house began as a 3,000 acre farm – a land grant from the King of England. The farm was passed through six generations of Rand’s and was eventually renovated in 2009 as the Rand-Bryan House. It is now a perfect venue for intimate indoor or outdoor weddings.
The house offers two bridal suites and a beautiful open area with warm wood floors. There is so much natural light to offer both indoors and out. The Rand-Bryan house has acres of beautiful areas to enjoy and evening ceremonies provide perfect photo opportunities for the bride and groom as the sun slowly sets between the trees.
Photography by TSM captured the styled shoot below, choosing a regal and rich color palette of maroon, cream and gold with a hint of green. They aimed to create a sense of warmth on a chilly day by incorporating warm colors and accents like fur throws.
The naked cake is on trend and offers a touch of modern day style with its matching maroon cascading flowers.
Greenhouse Picker Sisters’ vintage prop rentals were perfect for setting up a cozy sofa and outdoor lounge, creating a warm and intimate seating area. They also styled the beautiful sweetheart table with inviting colors of grey, cream, and a pop of red. The beautiful china fit in perfectly with the historic era of the venue.
The formality of the groom’s uniform represents honor and history and the entire look of the shoot weaves a hint of a history with a modern twist – the perfect theme for a venue like the Rand-Bryan House. Enjoy the images captured by Photography by TSM below.
