Victoria and Ryan’s Outdoor Wedding at Bennett Bunn Plantation in Raleigh
We’re in love with this outdoor farm wedding at Bennett Bunn Planation, a country homestead on 165 acres of gently rolling white board fenced horse pastures with tranquil ponds and wooded trails in Zebulon NC – just 20 minutes north of downtown Raleigh. The perfect blue sky and blooming wildflowers were natural accents for a lovely local Raleigh couple, Victoria and Ryan, who celebrated their marriage with their friends and family by their sides at Bennett Bunn this spring.
An Organic Love Story
Victoria and Ryan had been friends for several years. Gradually, they grew to understand they had something special and began dating. Years later, the engagement came as a beautiful surprise. The couple went to “their spot” at Fort Fisher NC where they celebrated their anniversary each year, and Ryan pulled out a ring box. Inside was a dog tag that read “Sweetums Carter” – Victoria’s dog’s name with Ryan’s last name. Victoria thought Ryan had tricked her with the gift when he pulled out a second box with a beautiful engagement ring inside!
Victoria and Ryan envisioned a soft romantic wedding with as many flowers as possible. With the help of family and nearly 200 peonies, Victoria and Ryan had their romantic floral wedding dream come true! This gorgeous outdoor farm wedding at Bennett Bunn Planation near Raleigh, NC, was a floral fairytale in a beautiful, natural setting.
